Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.

Credit Packs

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a purchased pack have been used, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Failed Generations

If an AI generation fails due to a system error, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action is needed on your part.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email billing@easyinterior.co with your account email and transaction details. Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and refund issuance.
