1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyInterior ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyInterior provides AI-powered design tools that generate images and videos based on user-uploaded photos and selected parameters. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and may vary in quality.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when generating designs. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs do not expire. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. You may not claim AI outputs as human-created work in contexts where disclosure is required.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
